Friends of SARAID

The "Friends" of SARAID is a group of people who support the team and are interested in the work carried out by one of the UK's foremost Urban Search and Rescue Charities.

These "friends" are non-operational people, who sign up to receive a quarterly newsletter. They may wish to do nothing more than that - but many of our friends become involved as fundraiser's, helpers on training exercises or advocates for the team.

You may wish to make a donation, receive a fund raising pack on behalf of SARAID or simply keep in touch with the teams developments.

It is important to note that SARAID relies totally on public donations to pay for its overseas work and training costs. No member of the team is paid for their time, every member is a volunteer. So you can be assured that all the money that you donate goes directly towards training, preparing and deploying the team to disaster zones around the world.

Saving live is the most important thing anyone can do,

We will only be able to do that with your help!

You could simply make a donation , your company or school might like to sponsor a piece of equipment or perhaps you would like to become a Friend of S.A.R.A.I.D Whichever way you help, rest assured every penny will be used wisely.
